Do you perform pet euthanasia?
No, we exclusively offer cremation services at our on-site pet crematory. Your local veterinarian should be able to assist you with euthanasia services and we would be happy to partner with them to memorialize your beloved pet.
Do you offer communal or semi-private/partitioned cremation?
No, we only offer private pet cremation. Every pet will receive individual care and attention in a private chamber, ensuring that you receive only your pet’s ashes.
Can I be there for my pet's cremation?
Yes, witness cremation is available by appointment for an additional fee. We will guide you through what you’ll see and provide a quiet space for you to say goodbye without feeling rushed.
How many people are allowed to witness pet cremation?
Space is limited within the pet crematory so we recommend 1-2 adults for optimal comfort, but 4 people is the maximum. Waivers of liability are required for each witness.
Can I include any personal items like a favorite toy or blanket?
Small items may be possible and we will do our best to honor your wishes, but some materials cannot be cremated due to safety and regulatory reasons.
How do you identify and track my pet?
We use a multi‑point chain‑of‑custody software system (ID tags, paperwork, and QR code/numbered tracking) that follows your pet through every step.
What documentation do I receive post-cremation?
You will receive a certificate of private cremation that includes your pet’s personal details and signature of the Certified Crematory Operator.
