Yes, for an additional fee, you may supply your own container. We will size and fill according to manufacturer guidelines.
Do you offer engraving or personalization?
Yes, many urns and jewelry pieces can be engraved or customized; turnaround times vary by product.
Is it OK if I only want a keepsake, but not the ashes?
Yes, we can accommodate that request by handling the scattering of ashes ourselves. We offer a wide variety of memorial keepsakes, including pawprints, hair clippings, jewelry, and more. You’re welcome to stop by our downtown Skokie location to browse samples.
Can multiple family members receive keepsakes?
Yes, some families choose multiple, smaller urns or additional keepsakes to share with loved ones. We will separate and manage the cremated remains according to your wishes.
What size urn do I need?
The volume of cremated remains will depend on your pet’s size and bone structure. We can recommend appropriately sized urns based on their breed and weight.
When will my pet’s ashes be ready?
Most families receive their pet’s ashes back within 1-2 business days. Expedited options may be available depending on urn/keepsake selection. Please call us to discuss scheduling and availability.
Can you ship my pet’s ashes?
Yes, we can arrange secure shipping through the U.S.P.S. following carrier rules & regulations. Local hand delivery is also available for an additional fee. Please call for details.
